We are absolutely delighted to be working with this amazing charity, who make a really positive difference to the lives of seriously and terminally ill children through events, family outings, hospital entertainment and art initiatives. We are working closely with Spread a Smile to help support the vital work they do in helping children in need across London and the South East.
