We can’t wait to welcome your child to Camp Beaumont. If you’re wondering what to pack, or what not to pack, we’ve pulled together a handy checklist below. We also recommend labelling all your child’s items with your child’s full name, including their backpack/bag.
What to pack
- A nut free lunch and snacks (for two snack breaks)
- Water bottle (water stations are provided to top up throughout the day)
- Swimming costume and towel (if your camp offers swimming) with a carrier bag for wet items
- Hat and suncream (for hot days)
- Footwear to suit the weather with a change of shoes (if it’s looking particularly wet/muddy)
- Any medication that needs to be administered (refrigeration facilities are available at all camps)
- Waterproof jacket and boots (if rain is forecast)
What not to bring
- Any special clothes or items (expect footwear to get messy as children will most likely be playing outdoors)
- Phones and screens
- Money and valuables
What to have to hand ahead of your child’s day camp
- Camp contact number (provided with your booking confirmation) and Head Office number (01603 851000)
- Map and directions
